Absolutely fantastic book and concept. Gives true insight to the philosophy or mindset that any go getter or aspiring leader should have post COVID world.
8 Simple paradoxes to explain how to balance the extremities in leadership. Wait, paradoxes .. simple ?
Yes, ironically these paradoxes exist, hard to see or at least lay it out like Tim Elmore has done, but easy to understand, think about and have an implementation plan. (well Tim kinda makes it easy by providing practice tips)
I highly recommend this book so much so that I have made a presentation for it. Get maturity in the way you lead, the way you think about emotional intelligence and change the way you lead.
